Moveable Feast

Moveable Feast

Amidst the Festival’s kaleidoscope of colour and activity, children will be intrigued by the elegance and refinement of Darrin Hagen and Linda Karenko’s ghostly white-clad Victorian couple. Friendly and inquisitive, these turn-of-the-century tourists silently wander the site looking for a place to have a quiet picnic. Take a photo or sit and “lunch” with the couple on their invisible carte du jour — all you need to bring is your imagination!

Be on the lookout for Linda as one of her other personalities Sheriff Winnie Dean deputizing Festival citizens or the mystifying Madame de la Loon predicting fortunes!

Darrin can also be found strolling the Festival site, serenading people with his accordion. He loves taking musical requests and can even play your favourite song — accordion-style!

Dan The One Man Band

Guitar, drum, cymbals, tambourine, harmonica, kazoo, egg shaker, bells…is there any instrument this guy can’t play?

Dan the One Man Band leaves audiences spellbound as he stomps, strums, blows, shakes and sings a smorgasbord of songs in five languages! Dan is dandy at keeping audiences groovin’ and giggling with his spontaneous, energetic and funny roving performances!

Neatoe the Clown

Neatoe the Clown

Sometimes the best stories are told without saying a word. Festival mainstay Neatoe the Clown does just that, captivating site spectators by bringing them into her silent world of mime using only body language, movement and facial expressions.

Charming, gentle and charismatic, Neatoe touches the hearts of everyone she meets.

Nikolai

Entertaining? Definitely. But silly says it all! A talented showman and charismatic prankster, Nikolai shares his trademark blend of the ridiculous and the impossible. Part magician, part juggler, part clown,

Nikolai’s range of memorable characters and amazing stunts make him a colourful, dynamic and always entertaining one-man circus!

One, two, three, four, five … holy hoops! How many can she spin
at once?
