The Northern Alberta International Children's Festival erupts every year in downtown St. Albert, spilling smiles and surprises all over the site. Once the adventure begins, it's impossible to contain the energy of the Festival and everyone is filled with infectious child-like joy. It is an honour, as the Friends of the Northern Alberta International Children's Festival Society, to support the enthusiastic staff who design and execute this festival with such a warm and heartfelt focus on enriching the lives of children all across the region.

As a Board, it is our mission to aid staff in preserving the quality that we have all come to expect from the Children's Festival. We achieve this mission through fundraising initiatives designed to keep this educational and inspiring event accessible to all families and by advocating for sustainable arts funding from government sources. We are proud of our Board-driven fundraising activities that motivate individuals and businesses to support this incredible Festival. And for the generosity with which we are greeted, we offer our most sincere thanks.

Come visit us at our tent in front of St. Albert Place to show your support for the Festival or enjoy the sweetness of our Cupcake Challenge on May 12, 2012 in St. Albert Centre. Watch our sponsors vie for cupcake glory, as they decorate delicious little cakes to showcase their passion for the Festival while encouraging donations at the same time.

Now, somebody push that big red button and let the fun begin!
