The deadline for submissions was May 3, 2010.
There is a non-refundable $400.00 penalty if vendor cancels on or before May 14, 2010.
The complete fee is non refundable if the vendor cancels after May 14, 2010.
Location assignments will be determined by the Festival Committee.
