Concessionaires Application

The deadline for submissions is April 4, 2008

Submissions will be reviewed and evaluated on the following criteria:

• Conformance to specifications
  (valid business license, health inspection certificate, equipment, etc.)
• Type and cost of product
  (remember, this is a children's festival)
• Experience
• Booth display
  (photographs of your setup are strongly recommended)

The allocated space, not to exceed 12' x 12', (there may be space exceptions in the Park, as it has potential for larger set-ups) has an entry fee of $750 (plus GST = $787.50). Vendors will be responsible for set-up on May 25, 2008 commencing at 11 a.m. Takedown begins after 6 p.m. on Saturday, May 31, 2008.

The Festival Committee will determine location assignments.

1. $150 cheque (dated in the present)
2. $637.50 cheque (post-dated to May 1, 2008)

*If vendor cancels before May 1, 2008, the $150 is non-refundable. If cancellation occurs on or after May 1, 2008, the balance ($637.50) of the entry fee is non-refundable.

Vendors are required to supply at the end of the Festival daily customer counts, sales tracking and numbers.

We reserve the right to terminate this agreement if the Festival feels you have not complied with the rules and regulations of the Festival. In that case you will not be entitled to the return of any part of your fee. This money will be retained as liquidated damages and not as a penalty.
